We currently ship across Canada, including all provinces and territories.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your order has shipped.

3. Shipping Methods & Carriers

We partner with reputable carriers such as Canada Post, UPS, Purolator, and FedEx.
Standard and expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

4. Shipping Rates

  • Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

  • Free Shipping: Available on eligible orders over $100 (before taxes and after discounts), unless otherwise specified.

  • Expedited shipping options may incur additional charges.

5. Delivery Time Estimates

  • Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

  • You can track your order directly through the carrier’s website.

7. Shipping Delays

Smart Life Appliance is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues (e.g., weather, holidays, strikes)

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Customs inspections (if applicable)

We will do our best to help resolve any delivery issues.

8. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery) with your order number and photos (if applicable).
We will work with the carrier to investigate and offer a resolution.

9. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may incur reshipping fees.
